I've clearly found the right 'substack' matter!
Hi!
So, apparently I like to read… A LOT!
I find this both amazing and amusing in equal measure, due to the fact that a). I’m dyslexic and had to take my English GCSE TWICE because the teachers in my (very expensive private school) failed to recognise the reason for my immense difficulties! And b). Because I used to hate reading (probably due to the dyslexia, but also because of the unbelievably booooooring reading material forced upon us in school) until I hit my 30’s.
I’m not sure why things changed at that point… perhaps becoming a mum made me finally realise I was actually a grown up and could read whatever I bloody wanted to! So I guess I finally found the right subject Substack matter. See what I did there… genius I know. 😄
