Dear Readers,

I’ve not been in your inboxes much lately (and maybe you’re grateful for that, I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️). I’ve been busy tinkering around in the background trying to get to grips with what exactly it is I want to focus on in terms of my writing - My word for the year is ‘Clarity’, so I guess that gives me until the end of the year to work it out… Yay! 😆

Anyway, how is everyone? I’ve been getting slightly overwhelmed with all the new year/intention setting chat… it’s everywhere!! 😒 I’ve said it before, I don’t mean offence to anyone in particular and yes, I know I can just ignore it/take what I need/etc… but the problem is, it’s all fucking amazing! I need ALL OF IT!!! 😭🤣

I’ve come to realise that I’ve been attacking all the good/nurturing/healing stuff in the same toxic over-productive way I have done with everything else… thus inducing a strange new kind of overwhelm - A “Nurturwhelm” if you will! This has to stop! I’m working on it…

I just found out this week that it is “extremely likely” that I have ADHD - who knew! 🤔 Through much of my own extensive research and finding myself identifying with other ‘ADHDers’ more and more, coupled with a few well-meaning (and actually very funny) remarks from “the boyfriend” – It suddenly hit me like a tonne of bricks! Of-course! Der!! 🤦🏽‍♀️😆 So I did a quiz…
