Have you missed me?! No…. Ok, yup.. me neither… As everyone always says here on Substack, you may not have even noticed I was gone 😳🤣 Don’t worry, I won’t take it personally.
Anyway, I’m coming back… Yay, I hear you all shout with glee! 😉
I am already back being active and sociable on Substack, but I’ve not yet returned to publishing just yet. My plan is to start doing that again at the start of October 🍂 In the meantime, ALL of my content is currently available for FREE – so dive in! 🥰
A New Little Side Hustle
Some of you will be aware that I have also been busy squirrelling away creating my new little business venture HERE on Substack and beyond. Putting my various random skills to good use and offering a variety of SERVICES to Authors, such as Proofreading and Graphic Design. I will be using the rest of September to get that fully up and running, so that I can go back to focusing mainly on my first love – writing.🧡
What to expect when I return
🍂 I will be starting my gentle return to publishing here in October, at which point EVERYTHING WILL REMAIN FREE for ALL to access… until January 2025!
🍂 I am doing this so that ALL of my lovely subscribers (and anyone new) can get a good feel for what’s on offer here at Great Little Insights. Then, come January, you can make a well-informed decision about whether or not you would like to become a paid member. More about my plans for Paid Membership Perks later on.
🍂 Current Paid Members – Don’t worry, your payments are paused and will be until January 2025. When payments start up again, you will remain on the discounted rate that was active when you initially subscribed. 👍 Annual members, the weeks that have been paused will be added onto the end of your subscription, if that makes sense 😬 Sorry if I’ve made it sound more complicated than it needs to be 🤦🏽♀️😆
🍂 Free posts will now remain free – In other words, if it is published as a free post it will stay that way and no longer disappear behind a paywall after 4 weeks, as they did previously.
🍂 No more schedule – I was finding it too stressful having a rigid schedule for releasing certain posts at set times. One of the things I’ve LOVED about having this break, has been the freedom to write what I feel like, when I feel like it. Therefore, I have decided to bin the schedule and just deliver whatever I’ve written pretty much as I write it 👍
🍂 Wagamama style – This may mean that you will receive a couple of posts one week and none the next, and so on. Similar to dining at Wagamama – your “food” will come out in the order that it is “cooked” so to speak. Being sure of-course to always deliver at least two pieces of paid content each month, so nobody feels short changed 🧡

When I return, I will be (gradually) adding some new regular features to the paid membership tier. Here is what you can expect to be in full swing by January 2025, when I will be re-introducing the paid subscriber tier of my publication. There will be a FAB January SALE, as a gentle warm up to returning to paid content.
